**Slight water mark on top of poster**
Discover the beauty of traditional Himalayan artistry with this striking Tibetan Dragon print, hand-printed on natural Nepalese Lokta paper.
Featuring an intricately detailed dragon rising amongst swirling clouds, this elegant monochrome artwork captures the strength, movement and majesty of one of the Himalayan region's most significant mythical creatures.
The delicate black ink illustration contrasts beautifully with the soft, natural tones and organic texture of handmade Lokta paper, creating a distinctive piece of traditional-inspired artwork.
The Symbolism of the Tibetan Dragon
In Tibetan and Himalayan traditions, the dragon, known as Druk, is associated with strength, wisdom, protection and good fortune.
Unlike dragons commonly depicted in Western mythology, Himalayan dragons are traditionally regarded as auspicious beings symbolising spiritual power and positive energy.
The dragon also holds particular significance in Bhutan, known as Druk Yul, meaning Land of the Thunder Dragon.
