Tibetan Emporium is an online Tibetan Handicraft retail store.

The store is a Tibetan shop that services the Sydney metro and surrounding areas via Australia post or face to face pick up; based in the Southern Highlands area.

 

The Store owner, Jennifer or Choekyi, is a stay at home Mum who lived in Dharamsala, Northern India, for almost a total of 10 years as a Buddhist nun in the Tibetan tradition (to learn more about her time in India, please read her blog; coming soon).

 

Having returned to her native Australia, Jennifer wanted to showcase the unique and inspirational handcrafted items made by Tibetans living in exile to people here in Australia.

 

The Store provides an opportunity to give thoughtful and meaningful gifts, regardless, if the gift is bought for oneself or for someone else.

 

The handcrafted items are steeped in Tibetan Buddhism symbolism and iconography.
