Shipping Policy

Tibetan Emporium currently ships within Australia and to New Zealand only.

We do not currently ship to the United States or other international destinations outside New Zealand.

Australian Shipping

Shipping is available Australia-wide. Rates may vary depending on the delivery address, parcel size and weight.

Current Australian shipping options include:

• Card-only postage for eligible very small orders – $4.50
• Standard shipping to eligible metropolitan areas – $9.95
• Outside metro areas, P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers – $12.95
• Express shipping – from $17.95 for eligible parcels up to 5 kg
• Eligible Australian orders valued at $250 or more receive free standard shipping

Free Shipping Exclusions

Free shipping applies to eligible Australian orders valued at $250 or more.

Bulky, heavy, oversized, fragile, unusually shaped or special-order items may be excluded from free shipping where freight costs are significantly higher than a standard parcel.

This may include, but is not limited to, large singing bowls, multiple singing bowls, statues and other heavy or oversized products.

Where additional freight applies, we will contact you before dispatch. Your order will not be dispatched until any additional shipping arrangements have been agreed.

New Zealand Shipping

Current New Zealand shipping rates are:

• 0–250 g – $16.95
• 250–500 g – $18.95
• 500 g–1 kg – $23.95
• 1–1.5 kg – $26.95
• 1.5–2 kg – $29.95

Heavier, bulky or oversized New Zealand orders may require a separate freight quote.

Dispatch and Tracking

Orders are dispatched as soon as practicable after payment has been received.

Tracking details will be provided once available.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal or courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Bulky, Heavy and Fragile Items

Some items require additional packaging or specialist freight due to their size, weight, shape or fragility.

Shipping for these items may be calculated separately. Where possible, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

If you would like a freight estimate before purchasing a bulky or heavy item, please contact us with your postcode and the item or items you are considering.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Any additional postage or redelivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
